I have been asked by several people why I started to take my year photos, or my nude photos in general, over the 5+ years that I have been on DA. The short answer is this... I started them as a suggestion by a photographer who saw something in me that I didn't see in myself. He wanted me to see what he saw when he looked at me. I posted these photos on DA so this photographer had a platform to view them. And although he and I haven't spoken in over a year, I keep (post) my photos here as a gesture to him. I have continued to do these 'year' photos for 5 years now. In a way it is my truth, my journey through so many things that have occurred
